As always, I'll always prepare a lil' gift for all my pre-enlistee friends :) haha. You can ask them what I give them :D LOLS!
Once again, I prepared my pre-NS gift for Jethro (my cousin), Donovan & Ken Lok.
I passed the present to Jethro during service...Yes, he's also attending Heart of God church now! Praise God!
I can pass the present to Donovan at service in Bethel.
Ken...wait... He doesn't attend service. Haha. So how am I going to pass it to him? I'm going to Bethel this Sunday. So I have to orchestrate things in such a way that he'll be in service so I can pass my gift to him. LOLS! Haha.
Ok, passing the gift to him wasn't the main motive. The fact that I bothered to even make a gift shows my love for my fellow brothers-in-Christ. HAHA! The BHB-justification syndrome kicking in...haha! But the passing of the gift to them was kinda like a vehicle...a medium, the thing that made meeting him up possible. LOLS.
So in order to ensure his attendance in service, we have to ask him to come for service and after that, go out! Simple.
So I called Johan and told him to ask him out after service. I then called Sherry to ask our cell group to go out with him too :D
So after all the planning (ok not much planning I know...haha! But no one else bothered to plan...heh...the syndrome @ work again...LOLS!)...we met up at service! :D
After service we headed to POMO...the old Paradiz Centre at Dhoby Ghaut...to play pool :D We = Ken Lok, Johan Teo, Aaron Tan, Kevin Ho, Sherry Teo, Elhannah Ho, Qiulin Cheng, Kai Lin. Elhannah came after we pool-ed and Aaron & Johan left after we pool-ed. -.-" :(
Upon reaching POMO, we were all feeling kinda hungry...at 5pm! Haha. So we had an early dinner at the fast food area @ B1. There was a Subway, Korean fast food and some Mee Pok stall there.
We patronized all 3 stalls. Haha!
The Korean food stall was really rabak. DON'T GO THERE TO EAT! Firstly, the quantity of the food is WHOA PIANG OEI! Don't be fooled by the menu! The size of the bowls and the variety and amount of ingredients all look so appetizing. But when the real thing comes. HU LEE YA!
Secondly, the quality of the food also CMI. Haha.
O well, after that not-so-hearty meal we went to play pool :)

Aunty Alice & Kai Lin's mum also joined us in playing pool :D And, IT'S BEEN SO LONG SINCE I PLAYED POOL MAN!! So really had fun :D Haha.
After that, we headed to Popeye's @ Cathay for another round of dinner. Haha! Since we had such an early dinner & since Elhannah just arrived with an empty stomach, we went to makan. LOLS.
After makaning, we played...PICTUREKA!! My awesome investment has really facilitated our interaction in outings really well. :D

Once again, we played our own special mod of this game :) Lay out the picture cards in 7 x 5 or 6 x 5 or whatever and play "I-spy"...so on a turn based gameplay, every one will take turns to say something like "plugs" and then the rest will fight to find the "plug" that the person is referring to. Get it? haha.
Anyway, the most no-link, downright lame topic given was by our dear Ken Lok. He simply said "Kinky"
After checking the dictionary and discovering the meaning of "kinky" which refers to, for his context, anything sex-related or has a sexual innuendo. Haha.
We scrutinized every picture card and couldn't find what he was looking for. HAHA! Finally, I got it...a random guess. LOLS! It was a picture of a bull - 2 horns, 1 body, 4 legs and it had a cloud of smoke coming out of its ass. It's a fart probably.
So what does the picture of a bull got to do with "KINKY"?!
Ken's laconic reply "Oh, the bull has horns. So it's horny."
Our flabbergasted reaction "!$#%^$&#^@*(%)#()$" Words can't describe our reaction...so I used punctuation to describe it. HAHA! LOLS!
Ken's one was one of the most hu-lee-ya! guesses. Still got Sherry's & Elhannah's also super no link, downright lame description...HAHA!
But due to time constraints (I gotta book in tomorrow) I shall leave the story for another day...or I shall let it be told verbally by us :D Haha.
